Lucid is not an office services business like those you find on the high-street, but we do offer services to others needing to produce similar high-quality manuals to our own, for example training manuals or user manuals for equipment..<\/p>\n

Why use Lucid? \"colour<\/h3>\n

If you’ve ever developed a high quality user manual or training manual, then you’ll know that this is not as simple as writing a letter or short report. As experts at producing such manuals, we can help.<\/p>\n

At Lucid we are happy to do as much or as little as you like to help you with your manual production. This could be just printing a file that you’ve produced, or it could be a full desk-top publishing (DTP), printing<\/a>, collating and binding<\/a> service. And all of this at very reasonable rates.<\/p>\n

Can we beat a traditional printer?<\/h3>\n

\"trainingProbably not on price if you want a thousand copies of the same thing. If, however, you expect to do regular updates or improvements, or you wish to personalise the manuals for the client, then we can definitely be competitive on both price and delivery.<\/p>\n

We specialise in short runs of around 6 to 50 manuals. All printed in full colour on a stock of your choice, with typical turnaround times of under two weeks from receipt of order, and much faster if you need it (normally at no extra charge).<\/p>\n

    Document Binding Options<\/span><\/p>\n

    Lucid can bind your documents in a binding style of your choice at cost-effective prices.<\/p>\n

    Typical options are:<\/p>\n

    • Ring binder – with two, three or four hole punching and retention plus front cover and spine if required<\/li>\n
    • Thermal binding – high quality with steel spines or book style bindings<\/li>\n
    • Spiral binding – with quality spiral binding coils for a lay-flat open document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We use high quality covers and components for all of our document binding.<\/p>\n

      If you find producing manuals expensive, time-consuming or just awkward with long lead times, then contact us to see why several companies now subcontract this service to us.
