As usual, we are not sending Christmas cards but are donating to charities instead. This year our chosen charities are the Air Ambulance, Garsdale First Responders, the “Garsdale Red Squirrel Group” which helps preserve one of the last pockets of red squirrels left in England, and finally a new charity, “Rebuilding Nepal” – following the earthquakes, the region is still struggling with instabilities and landslides which could carry on for years.
